Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Darbra attends to orders as soon as she can, but please allow 2-4 days to process your order. If she is away from her studio for more than 4 days, she announces it on her website and on social media.  Unless otherwise noted, expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way.

As much as possible, Darbra uses eco-friendly packaging materials.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Darbra is not responsible for delays due to customs.
